Celebrate Onam 2026 with the London Ontario Malayalee Association (LOMA)! Join us for an evening filled with cultural programs, performances, music, entertainment, activities, and the rich traditions of Kerala.

📌 Event Highlights & Terms & Conditions

🎟️ General Admission

General admission tickets are provided for the event. There are no assigned seats or seat numbers.

🎫 Wristband Collection

Wristband collection is mandatory for all attendees at the entrance.

No Wristband, No Entry.

The wristband must be retained throughout the event and may be required for access to the Onam Sadya and entertainment programs.

🍽️ Onam Sadya

Onam Sadya will be served during the designated meal-service period announced by LOMA.

Please arrive on time to ensure you can enjoy the Sadya service.

🎭 Cultural & Entertainment Programs

The evening will feature a variety of cultural programs, performances, music, entertainment, and activities celebrating Kerala’s rich heritage and traditions.

Program timings may be subject to change.

🚫 Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is strictly prohibited inside the event venue and in areas where prohibited by the venue or applicable regulations.

Please comply with all venue rules and applicable laws.

🗑️ Cleanliness & Venue Rules

We kindly request all attendees to help maintain a clean and safe environment.

Please:

• 🗑️ Use designated waste and recycling bins.
• 🚯 Do not litter inside or outside the venue.
• ♻️ Dispose of food waste and other materials responsibly.
• 📢 Follow all venue rules and instructions from event organizers and venue staff.

Failure to comply with venue or applicable municipal rules may result in removal from the event and/or enforcement action where applicable.

Food served at the event may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including:

While every reasonable effort will be made to practice safe food handling and accommodate dietary needs, LOMA cannot guarantee that any food item is completely free from allergens due to possible cross-contact during preparation, cooking, serving, or handling.

If you have any food allergies or dietary sensitivities, please speak with the event organizers before consuming any food.

Attendees are responsible for making appropriate decisions regarding their own dietary requirements.

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Injuries or accidents arising from participation in event activities, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
• Any fines, penalties, or other consequences resulting from an attendee’s violation of venue rules, municipal bylaws, or applicable laws.
• Personal property left unattended at the venue.

All attendees are expected to act responsibly and follow instructions from LOMA organizers, volunteers, security personnel, and venue staff.

📸 Media Consent

By attending LOMA Onam 2026, organized by the London Ontario Malayalee Association (LOMA), you acknowledge and agree that:

📷 Photographs may be taken during the event.
🎥 Video and audio recordings may also be made.

Your image, likeness, voice, or performance may be captured as part of the event.

These photographs, videos, and recordings may be used by LOMA and its authorized representatives for:

• Social media platforms
• LOMA’s website
• Newsletters and community communications
• Promotional and marketing materials
• Event reports and publications
• Press releases
• Future LOMA promotional materials

No compensation will be provided for the use of such photographs, videos, or recordings.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the LOMA organizing team in writing before the event and, where possible, avoid designated areas where photography or videography is taking place.

🎟️ Ticket Terms

• All attendees must have a valid ticket or authorized admission.
• Children under 5 years of age may attend free of charge as specified in the ticket information.
• Tickets are subject to availability.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise determined by LOMA.
• LOMA reserves the right to verify tickets at the entrance.
• Duplicate, fraudulent, or improperly obtained tickets may be cancelled.
• VIP/Sponsor tickets are available only through authorized LOMA-issued access or promotional codes.
• LOMA reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, program, performers, food service, or other arrangements when necessary.
• In the event of cancellation or significant rescheduling, LOMA will communicate the applicable arrangements to ticket holders.
